Marija Runić Ristić

Docent

 

Marija Runić Ristić rođena je 14.11.1979.godine u Novom Sadu. Na Fakultetu za menadžment u Novom Sadu radi od 2013. godine u zvanju docent. Doktorirala je 2012. na Fakultetu tehničkih nauka iz uže naučne oblasti Upravljanje ljudskim resursima. Osnovna istraživačka oblast joj je upravljanje ljudskim resursima i organizaciono ponašanje.

Kao gostujući predavač predavala je na College of Business and Administration, American University in the Emirates u Dubaiju, na master i osnovnim studijama držala je sledeće predmete: Trening i razvoj zaposlenih, Regrutacija i selekcija kadrova, Strategijski menadžment ljudskih resursa, liderstvo i organizacionu kreativnost.

Autor je brojnih naučnih radova, monografija i udžbenika.
