About the faculty


The Faculty of Management F@M is the first private faculty for "real" management. It was established in 2001. It was created as a result of an increasing need for managers in our country and it represents the fruit of knowledge, love and hard work of people who gained their knowledge and experience abroad.
The mission of F@M is to create competent members of a future social and business elite.
F@M educates managers and future leaders who will be capable of solving problems in the best way possible, looking for new paths on their own initiative, creating new ideas – creating new reality and who are aware that knowledge is the only power.

From the start, the Faculty of Management has been in accordance with the principles of the Bologna declaration, as it has implemented many Bologna principles into its educational system since 2001.
Bologna involves acquiring applicable knowledge, work in small groups, one semester subjects, evaluation systems through, so-called, credits, tutorial work with students, homework, mid-semester tests, psychological counselling…
Due to that fact, the students of F@M can continue their studies at any time anywhere in Europe.

The main objective of F@M is to give students practical knowledge, which future businessmen, managers or leaders will immediately start to apply.
